Biografía
Brianna Walling dedicates herself to the practice of immigration law by focusing on asylum cases, deportation defense, and appeals. Brianna has a passion for representing individuals in court and coming up with creative legal strategies to achieve the best results for clients. Brianna speaks Spanish, which she learned from her time studying abroad and traveling throughout Central and South America. In 2015, Brianna received a Fulbright scholarship from the U.S. Department of State to teach English in Buenos Aires, Argentina. After returning from Argentina, Brianna decided to apply for law school with the goal of becoming an immigration lawyer.
Brianna attended Mitchell Hamline School of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota. During school she worked for local immigration attorneys and participated in the Immigration Law Clinic. Brianna practiced immigration law in Minnesota before joining Rivas and Associates as an Associate Attorney.
Brianna loves spending time outdoors as much as she can while she is not working, whether it’s going on walks with her dog Luna or going camping, hiking, or skiing.
