The well-known American business publication released its list of the 1,125 fast-growing companies in the United States for 2023, and Rivas & Associates is prominently featured – one of only 11 law firms nationwide to make the list.
Rivas & Associates was ranked No. 31 of 168 companies to make Inc.com’s Regional 2023 Southwest List of privately-owned businesses from Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, and Oklahoma. The Tulsa-based immigration firm also was the first law firm recognized and one of only three listed in the region.

Rivas & Associates Experiencing Unprecedented Growth
To put that into further perspective.
When Rivas & Associates first opened its doors at its Tulsa Kendall Whittier location in the summer of 2020, the firm had less than 10 employees. Thanks to the extraordinary vision of Lorena Rivas, Elissa Stiles, and others, Rivas & Associates now has an international presence with over 90 employees working around the clock to help clients from Kentucky to Mexico to Venezuela.
“We’re bursting at the seams,” Rivas & Associates Director of Operations Ami Bowlin said. “The growth has been so fast which is a testament to Lorena’s vision and our commitment to one another and our clients.”
There definitely are no signs of slowing down in 2023 and beyond.
If anything, Rivas & Associates has just begun to scratch the surface and is operating with a full-speed-ahead mentality.
The firm now has a customer-service-driven Client Advocacy Department in place and recently began providing business law services through accomplished Oklahoma business law attorney Natalia Leone.

The publication was established as an American business magazine in 1979 and is headquartered at the World Trade Center in New York City.
Inc.com highlights Rivas & Associates and other companies on the list as being as one of a select few “privately owned businesses making an outsized impact on their regional economies” and “propelled by big market-winning ideas.”
Yes, by all accounts, Rivas & Associates is “scaling at lightning speed.”
