Case Manager

Case manager will be in charge of managing client’s immigration cases and their team members. Ability to read and speak both English and Spanish required. You must be able to physically work in the Tulsa, Oklahoma location. Public Relations Manager (Tulsa based)

Public Relations Manager: The Public Relations Manager will work with our Social Media Manager to create the right content on all social media platforms to connect the mission of our firm to prospective clients. Further, the Public Relations Manager will be in charge of reaching and dealing with other media platforms, such as radio, TV, print, billboards, etc. throughout the United States, but specifically the Tulsa area. They will also be working with the Sales Manager to ensure marketing campaigns are being effective to reach our ideal clients and help more people. Fluency in Spanish and knowledge of Latino culture is required.

Associate Attorney (Tulsa based)

Associate Attorney: Rivas & Associates is looking for their next amazing Associate Attorney. The Associate Attorney will work closely with the supervising attorney in our Tulsa, Oklahoma office in representing our clients in deportation defense, USCIS interviews, and BIA and federal appeals. Fluency in Spanish is required.

Consular Processing Paralegal (Tulsa based)

Consular Processing Paralegal: Working under the direction of the supervising attorney, this paralegal will be working exclusively on consular cases. She will handle completing the necessary forms with the National Visa center and submitting necessary documents to permit the case to be scheduled with the U.S. consulates in countries all over the world. Further, they will need to help clients program the necessary appointments in foreign countries to ensure their consulate appointments go smoothly. Fluency in Spanish is required.

Junior Paralegal (Tulsa based)

Junior Paralegal: The Junior Paralegal works in the production under the direction of a case manager. They will assist the case manager in assembling immigration application packets, gathering evidence, scanning edits, and speaking with clients. Fluency in Spanish is required.
