Oklahoma education board’s citizenship rule sparks legal concerns

TULSA, OKLA (KTUL) — The Oklahoma State Board of Education has unanimously approved a proposed rule requiring students to provide proof of citizenship when enrolling in school, a decision that could affect thousands of families across the state.
