T-Visas
TVisas are temporary visas available to victims of human trafficking. To be eligible for a Tvisa you must prove that you are a victim of a severe form of trafficking, be physically present in the United States, have complied reasonably with U.S. Law enforcement agency in an investigation into trafficking (or qualify for an exemption), and prove that you would suffer undue hardships if you were to be removed from the United States.

Asilo
You are eligible to apply for asylum to the United States if you meet the national definition of Refugee. This can mean that you have suffered persecution or fear you will suffer persecution based on:
- Race
- Religion
- Nationality
- Membership in a particular social group
- Political opinion
